To process a return,

Using your order number and shipping zip code, you will be able to start your return or exchange process.

Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

If you need to make an exchange, you will have the option to reselect products and schedule through our automated system.

When will I get my refund?
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days from the date of a processed return. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Can I return a gift card?

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Some Common Questions & Answers
Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
A: Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or edited. We can easily update for you, and or create a new order for you, to the correct address.
Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.
A: If your order shipped today, please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to be uploaded to the tracking link. After that time period if you need assistance, please email us at hello@dechecosmetics.com.
Q: Need an update on my order status?
A: We are moving to a larger warehouse and during the transition, some products may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation once your product leaves the warehouse. Thank you for your patience. If after 14 days you have not received an update to your email with an estimated date for delivery, please find us here at hello@dechecosmetics.com.
International Orders
Delivery outside of the continental US could require 14+ business days to process.

All international orders are processed by USPS to deliver to your home.
